ThinkHR, now called Trust Mineral - is a platform (free to clients) which helps our clients’ HR teams in all facets of benefits. Administrators will have access to their own portal that will allow them to complete HR type tasks. Mineral provides the following:

  • Creating an employee handbook (updates weekly with state/federal law updates)

  • Trainings for employees- there are thousands of possible trainings you can offer to your team, some topics include- workplace safety, wellness, sexual harassment, discrimination, etc.

  • Federal and State laws and regulations- able to educate and update your team HR question/response system- 24 hour call line with HR experts or an online chat system. This system relieves difficult employee benefit questions and issues for the individual responsible for this role within an organization.
